RESPONSABILITATI

The main duties and responsibilities related to the receptionist position are as follows:

- Collection of external correspondence and issuance of internal correspondence;
- Filing correspondence and/or other documents according to the internal instructions;
- Distribution of the correspondence among the staff members;
- Accepting and transmitting telephone calls;
- Planning and booking the meeting rooms for staff members;
- Ensuring that each meeting room has enough promotion materials (e.g. brochures) and is clean for the following meetings;
- Receiving and sending faxes;
- Meeting/ welcoming visitors;
- Translating correspondence and other documents from/into English/Romanian or French/Romanian;
- Preparation of letters, faxes and any other forms of written communication with clients, state authorities or other third parties in English and in Romanian according to the TMF internal standards for the correspondence;
- Communicates effectively with clients and colleagues through written, verbal and non-verbal communication and actively listens to, understands and constructively questions others;
- Meets all the deadlines as indicated by superiors.


CERINTE

- student/graduate preferably Academy of Economic Studies;
- fluent in English;
- good typing and presentation skills;
- solid knowledge of Word;
- sociable and communicative person;
- organised and committed person.
