RESPONSABILITATI

Our client is a notorious multinational company active in the media field,that holds 15 reputable brands and reaches consumers in 170 countries around the globe.

On their behalf, we are now selecting motivated professionals for the Receptionist / Assistant position available with their offices in Bucharest.

The job holder will have the following responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Office Coordinator and Department Managers, providing support with all reception relating activities
• Act as the first-line contact for clients, guests, consumers and suppliers
• Deal with all incoming phone calls
• Prepare all domestic and international courier/post shipments
• Handle office guests (coffee & tea serving, conference rooms and equipment booking and preparation, taxi ordering)
• Arrange business trips for employees – flights / hotels booking, confirming transfers and trip details
• Provide secretarial help – sending faxes, printing documents, preparation materials for presentations and business meetings
• Management of any maintenance/repairs requirements, cooperation with IT when necessary.


CERINTE

Suitable candidates fulfill the following requirements:

• University degree
• Advanced level of English, both in writing and speaking
• Strong interpersonal and communicational skills, pleasant personality
• Good organizing skills.
