RESPONSABILITATI

answer telephone, screen and direct calls

- provide information to callers

- greet persons entering organization

- screen and direct persons to correct destination

- deal with queries from the public and customers

- general administrative and clerical support

- receive and sort mail and deliveries - both internal & extern (Romanian Postal Service and courier service suppliers)

- tidy and maintain the reception area



Type of position: temporary - 12 months


CERINTE

- knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures

- knowledge of computers and relevant software applications (MS-office litterate)

- knowledge of customer service principles and practices

- High school diploma required / University graduate or studies in-progress

- advanced user of English
