Responsible for performing general administrative support tasks involved in organization such as:
Assisting supervisory and nonsupervisory emloyees
General filling records maintenance: data for reports, administrative associated with the cost center budget, scheduling appointments meetings, calendar maintenance for one or more employees
Answering/screening telephone calls, preparing expense reports, preparing/editing visitors, assisting new employee, duplicating
