- Keeping the company building security, according to the Circular No. 11 / 24.02.2004 for visitors booking and Internal instructions of information security issued on 06.02.2004, and also for all future updating of these rules.
- Seeing of every identity card of visitors and booking them on registered forms, which will be put into folders and archiving to CIO department.
- Receiving and sending immediately the visitors / phone calls to the persons in charge from our company using a professional approach; the same services will be done for all the company employees requests.
- Receiving and sending immediately of all correspondence receiving or prepared for delivery, including also the services of the fast couriers.
- Preparing and support for all the company events / meetings planned into the company conferences rooms, including the support and responsibility for all the technical equipments or furniture which is necessary, or additional protocol.
- Centralisation of all internal orders for water, mineral water, juices, coffee or other protocol products, issuing of the company order to the suppliers and co-ordination of the products delivery to the division and departments.
- Minimum medium studies;
- Experience of the same job is an asset;
- PC user/literate could be an advantage;
- Very good communication skills; smart and good presence;
