- Handles inbond and outbond calls;
- Registers the patients and operates all the necessary activities in a special medical software program;
- Ensures an effective coverage of the medical cabinets;
- Responds promptly to any and each clients'requests;
- Responsible of cahsing the bills.
- 6-12 months of relevant experience is a must;
- Organized, self motivated person;
- Very good interpersonal skills, able to handle confidential information;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Computer literacy is mandatory.
