RESPONSABILITATI

- Interface between customers/visitors and the related staff;
- Receive messages/phone calls and forward them where needed;
- Takes care of incoming/outgoing mail and registration;
- Register the visitors within the database;
- Handles the foreign shipments, check the related invoices;
- Handle and sort the incoming faxes;
- Incoming documents registration;
- Stationery orders.

- Maturity, commitment, integrity;
- Flexible, can do attitude, fast learner, ambitious, positive attitude;
- Self-discipline, planning and organising skills, speed/urgency attitude for call volume;
- Computer skills;
- English language - good working level.
