RESPONSABILITATI

- Ensure receiving, tracking and registering the training participants
- Sign for and distribute UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages
- Maintain records for staff office space, phones, parking and office keys
- Support staff in assigned project based work
- Ensure the meal programming and protocol for the training participants
- Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors
- Translates and edits texts from/into English and/or German
- Keeps the register for in and out coming documents of the department
- Keeps various administrative evidences (for ex. attendance, evidence of the writing utensils)
- Writes and sends fax/post messages of the Training department to Romanian or foreign partners
- Backs up the activity of the team


CERINTE

Knowledge requested:
- University studies could be an advantage
- Good command of English language and/or German language
- PC operation: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Driving license could be an advantage

Experience requested:
- Experience in similar jobs could be an advantage
