- take over and redirect calls
- responsible for Special post delivery and other Express mail; monitoring and tracking all recorded delivery mail
- receive and transmit correspondence, faxes
- update the internal address book
- order the common consumables, as water, coffee, tea etc
- book of all meeting rooms and ensuring they are appropriately prepared for visitors
- coordinate cars and drivers
- good telephone manner and representation
- very good communication skills
- must have good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- creative and open minded
- good educational background
- organized, efficient and flexible person
- ability to work under pressure
