Ensures awareness at any time of all functions and events taking place in the hotel in order to give the best recommendations / directions to the guests;
Handling all customer queries or requests and maintaining a high level customer service;
Ensure accurate recording of arrivals and departures;
Distributing all incoming and outgoing correspondence for clients.


CERINTE

Pleasant personality, excellent communication skills;
Very good level of English, both written and verbal (any other foreign language is an advantage);
Willingness to develop a career in tourism field.
