RESPONSABILITATI

- Welcome clients and connect them with the right persons using very nice telephone manner;
- Welcome customers at the Reception Desk;
- Periodically updating the intranet database containing the extensions for AA phones;
- Keeping a monthly evidence for the telephone costs and arranging them in tables on departments;
- Sorting/distribution of reports delivered by EDP;
- Registration of incoming documents and correspondence when necessary;
- Deliver all incoming mail to AA staff;
- Sort and deliver newspapers;
- Assist Marketing department with translations of various documents and brochures;
- Support Customer Desk and all Business Units of AA Romania;
- All departments of AA Bucharest;
- AA Romania clients.


CERINTE

Professional qualifications:
- University degree / student.

Job requirements:
- Good knowledge of English; another language would be an advantage;
- Diplomacy and patience, ability to deal with persistent people;
- Pleasant and professional appearance.

Personal Skills:
- Good communication skills.
