• The reception of visitors, providing information, announcement of company’s employees about their arrival, guiding / seeing the visitors within the premises of the company;
• Ensure the protocol within the company;
• Keeping the contact with the representatives of the fitness centres (raising the fitness subscriptions, the addendums to the contracts) and registering the sessions effectuated by the employees ;
• Meal tickets distribution to the employees;
• Ensure the timely dispatch of Customer Invoices, using external courier companies accepted by Temenos;
• Place regular invoice pickup orders on external couriers’ websites and monitor the Customer Invoices’ arrival to destination;
• Dispatch invoices via the nearest local post office, ensuring Customer Invoices are properly placed in envelopes and stamped;
• Reception of all Supplier Invoices dispatched to Bucharest office in hard copy format, keep track of their reception date versus their dispatch date and flag high delays to SSC AP Manager;
• Maintain and update on a daily basis the Supplier Invoices Tracker and the Customer Invoices Tracker, documenting the receipt/dispatch details.
• English fluently;
• Competent in using a variety of software packages, in particular high proficiency of MS Office and ideally familiar with Oracle;
• Good communication skills;
• Flexible and adaptable to change;
• Bachelor degree.
