Job scope:
- Provide front reception and other administrative services;
- Act as interface between external parties and internal employees, on the phone;
- Facilitates the accommodation arrangements for employees traveling for business purposes.
Job responsibilities:
- Represents the first point of contact for external visitors: welcoming and contacting the guiding person
- Provides general company information for interested persons, in the established limits and acts as main contact for incoming and out-going correspondence
- Centralizes administrative requests for several services and acts as contact person for these suppliers (technical interventions, cleaning interventions, coffee suppliers, small furniture needs, stationary and consumables, etc).
- Provides assistance in some administrative tasks for General Services
- Issues registration numbers for official documents
- Handles hotel reservations for all employees traveling for business purposes, according to the existing procedure
Education:Student or University degree
Experience:No previous experience is required
Competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills;
- Strong initiative & follow-through;
- Fast reaction to urgent situations and new task
- Good organizing skills;
- PC skills :MS Office (World, Excel, Power Point)
- Languages: English ¿ good level; French would be a plus
