Persoana angajata ca RECEPTIONER/A in cadrul laboratorului Synevo Bucuresti va gestiona activitatea de front-desk a laboratorului, va informa pacientii nostri cu privire la investigatiile oferite, la protocolul de recoltare a probelor biologice, la programul de lucru si la termenele de eliberare a rezultatelor. De asemenea, va avea atributii in ceea ce priveste casieria, arhiva de rezultate si activitatea de secretariat si va gestiona permanent sistemul de sondare a opiniei pacientilor vis-a vis de calitatea serviciilor oferite de catre laborator.
Candidatul /a la postul de RECEPTIONER/ A in cadrul laboratorului Synevo Bucuresti va fi o persoana entuziasta, motivata, cu abilitatea de a asimila si de a invata rapid un soft specializat pe activitatea de laborator, in acelasi timp cu placerea de a lucra pentru oameni, de a empatiza si de a reactiona rapid in functie de nevoi; persoana RECEPTIONER /A va avea capacitate de analiza situationala, va fi a persoana asertiva, pozitiva, zambitoare si calma.
Va fi absolvent de studii superioare ( o anumita afinitate cu domeniul medical ar fi un avantaj).
Va fi un bun utilizator al computerului;
Va cunoaste o limba straina;
O cultura organizationala bazata pe tranparenta, deschidere, incredere reciproca si un loc de munca la care sa vii cu placere.
