RESPONSABILITATI

- Reception of the products
- Registering the invoices in the accounting program
- Registering all the movements regarding the stocks (distroyed, missing or plus at the reception)
- Different activities regarding the primary accounting
- Making different reports (stocks, sales)
- Mentaining the permanent connection with the clients regarding the invoices and the payment terms
- Knowing Atlantis-Unisoft program
- Mentaining the informatic components of the company in a good and secure condition
- Connecting the office equipment (printer, scanner, fax), making simple networks, veryfing the computers


CERINTE

- We want the CV to be in english with a photo attached
