RESPONSABILITATI

Main tasks:
• Administrative support to all reception operations: organization, control, follow up and coordination of reception activities
• Organize and run the office in a way that relieves the managers from all on going administrative tasks
• Communication, coordination and cooperation with all institutions required by the company
• Managing office supplies and office inventory, organizing business meetings, business trips and other business events
• Ensure proper functioning of the activity when the manager is out of office
• Collection of external correspondence and issuance of internal correspondence
• Answer the phone calls, handle office equipment. Receiving and sending faxes
• Meeting/ welcoming visitors
• Communicates effectively with clients and colleagues through written, verbal and non-verbal communication and actively listens to, understands and constructively questions others
• Distribution of the correspondence among the staff members
• Planning and booking the meeting rooms for staff members
• Ensuring that each meeting room has enough promotion materials (e.g. brochures) and is clean for the following meetings
• Filing correspondence and/or other documents according to the internal instructions
• Meets all the deadlines as indicated by superiors

Staff Responsibilities
• Coordinate the activity of reception staff (supervision, training, evaluation, monitoring, various approvals)
• Reception staff organization and planning: deadlines, priorities


CERINTE

• University graduate
• Experience in a similar job at least 1-2 years and potential and desire to do the job
• Preferably previous experience within an international company

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Autonomous and reliable, problem-solver
• Performance oriented with excellent work ethics
• Precise, accurate, assertive
• Able to prioritize and manage time
• Business communication, business correspondence
• Strong computer skills (MS Office)
• Handling office equipment
• Fluent written and oral communication in Romanian and English. French is a plus
