- Managing the validation of software modules for Broadband Wireless base station. Modules include IP networking protocols, IP data processing and network management protocols.
- Managing a team of 5-10 SW validation engineers. The team is in charge of testing software modules for the next generation WiMAX base station created by the company and involved in developing a cutting-edge mobile wireless networks technology.
- Responsible for design and implementation of automated test infrastructure.
- Responsible for mentoring and building-up technical skills of engineers in the team.
- BS. In Computer Science or Electronic Engineering – 5 or more years of experience
- Strong background in Real-Time SW development
- Experience in ‘C’ and ‘C++’
- Experience in IP Networking and data communication protocols – TCP/IP and Layer 2
- Experience in developing and validation of communication systems
- Experience in developing and testing SW for network processors – an advantage
- Experience in Power-PC processors – an advantage
- Linux and/or VxWorks OS Experience – an advantage
- Managerial Experience – an advantage
- WiMAX knowledge – an advantage
- Fluent English
