For a new embedded systems project, Pentalog Bucharest is looking for some of the best specialists in this field. Along with this well-known partner, a leader in the industry of telecommunications, the Pentalog team has set an ambitious objective: to offer our customers the greatest possible leverage for their software investments and to reduce their IT infrastructure costs.
This project implies knowledge and development through training with the following technologies:
- CPU: PowerQuicc I,II, III (Freescale); ARM7, 9; MIPS-32;
- Networking: bridging, switching, routing protocols;
- L2 protocols (STP, LLDP, LAG, IEEE802.1x, ELMI, IEEE802.3ah, IEEE302.1ag/ITU-T Y1731, ITU-T G.8031, ITU-TG.8032 etx);
- L3 protocols (SNTP, SNMP, IEEE 1588, IGMP), etc.;
- NMS software (SNMP, Java).

Responsibilities:
- Implementation of new customer requirements/functionalities;
- Involvement in all key phases of the project development cycle: design, coding and testing;
- Offers customer support for the integration of all developed solutions;
- Support activities related to all issues reported by the customer;
- Support provided fof mentoring or coaching other team members – when necessary.
- Experience in Real-Time SW development;
- Experience in C and C++;
- Experience in IP Networking and data communication protocols – TCP/IP and Layer 2;
- Experience in developing communication systems;
- Experience in developing SW for network processors;
- Experience in Freescale Power-PC processors;
- Experience with VxWorks, PSOS, CMX, eCos, embedded Linux;
- English language – advanced level;
- Good communication skills and team oriented working style.

Brasov, Iasi), Republica Moldova (Chisinau), Franta (Orleans, Bordeaux, Paris) si Germania (Frankfurt). 80% din cifra de afaceri a agentiei din Bucuresti este realizata pentru mari clienti locali, pentru care suntem implicati in proiecte de anvergura.
Grupul Pentalog a realizat in 2007 o crestere interna de 67% si o cifra de afaceri de 5,5M?. La inceputul anului 2008, echipa Pentalog numara deja 200 de persoane.
Datorita acestor indicatori pozitivi, preconizam pentru 2008 crearea a numeroase noi posturi in toate agentiile noastre din Romania si Republica Moldova, o crestere de 40% din efectivul actual.
In contextul unei piete a muncii dificile, Pepiniera Pentalog este un program care pe de o parte formeaza tineri programatori iar pe de alta parte organizeaza traininguri pentru angajati.
