BIA Business Intelligence Alliance is recruiting a SENIOR SHOPPING CENTER NEGOTIATOR for a multinational company, a pre-eminent global real estate services provider.
Responsabilities:
- Acquiring shopping center, advising on developments, lettings, sales, disposals and some consultancy work;
- Will be very present in the market and will constantly widen awareness of offers and main actors;
- Will target and advise promoters, developers and investors on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate:
- University degree;
- At least 3 year's relevant experience (preferable in shopping center negociation);
- Highly compentent and presentable professional;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent English language and written skills;
- Good social skills and ability to work directly with clients;
- Self-motivation and logical approach to problem solving.
