- Market research in real estate field to gain knowledge of the market in different areas of the country
- Drawing up “best use” reports and offers consultancy to clients about the investment potential of the properties/acquisitions
- Collecting and processing data and information about the evaluated real-estate properties
- To make use of a large diversity of evaluation methods (cost method, the analysis of the “best use”, direct comparison method, etc.)
- Financial analysis (investments yields, rent revising, financial forecast)
- To be in close co-operation with the research department in order to bring up to date new information about the real estate market
- Making evaluation reports
- Travels in the south-east of the country to collect information about the properties in that area
- University degree in Economics/Finance or a technical/science field
- Post-graduate degree in Real Estate
- Business oriented person, with ability to handle deadlines and
- A minimum of 2 years of previous experience in reviewing valuation
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent PC knowledges
- Availability for traveling inside Romania
