- Site search and analysis of the fezability
- Negotiation and closing the contracts with the owners
- Obtaining all necessary approvals to start the
construction of the new stores
- Maintaining and developing the relation with
the state authorities
This position involves intensive traveling in the country.
- Previous real-estate experience on a similar position is considered a major asset
- Very good connections with the state authorities
- Persuasive and communicative personality

- Ability to work independently
- Good English knowledge is a must, German is an advantage
