- Identifies and attracts new clients.
- Contacts the existing clients and maintains a good relationship with them.
- Identifies new business development opportunities (adds new properties to the portfolio.
- Participates at the meetings with Clients and negotiates the contracts with them.
- At least 2 years experience in the Real Estate domain (real estate transactions).
- Strong network in the Real Estate market.
- Very good knowledge of English language.
- Very ambitious person, interested in a career in the domain.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, discreet, stable, hard working.
- Available to work extra hours and to travel for the company.
