We are looking for a construction engineer / architect to support our international team of consultants in real estate development projects in Romania.
Tasks:
- requirement analysis - understanding clients need
- property analysis; discovering the potential and hidden problems of a property
- developing best use scenarios
- drafting functional space programs for commercial, residential or retail projects
- coordinating external planners in developing the project through all phases:
o feasibility
o approval
o construction
- Construction engineer or architect with at least 2-3 years of experience
- Understanding of the real estate market and the bureaucratic procedures
- Analytical thinking
- Good knowledge of CAD programs
- Willingness to travel in and outside the country
- spoken and written English
- German is a big advantage
- working in an international team with highly experienced consultants
- good team atmosphere in non hierarchical organisation
