- Experience with structured research, business plans, project calculations/ cash flows
- Good Financial skills
- Good IT skills
- Very organized
The applying candidate could be a risk analyst in a real estate investment company (ideal) or a risk analyst in a bank, or had worked in a management/ consultancy/ accountancy company and has experience in business planning.
