Responsibilities:
Maintenance of client relationship and consultancy of the customer regarding the acquisition of apartments/residential villas/office buildings
Oversees and coordinates the preparation of the annual budget according to requirements
Administers budget and its execution for the agency
Monitors and provides guidance to the day-to-day activities inside the agency
Guides and encourages each employee supervised to attain maximum performance on the job
Maintains knowledge of current trends and developments on the real estate market
Supervises assigned staff including hiring recommendations, determining workload, delegating assignments, training, monitoring and evaluating performance; recruitment of the sales team
Job requirements:
University graduate
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a real estate company
Very good knowledge of the Romanian/foreign real estate market
Coordination of teams would be considered a plus
Working knowledge of personnel administration, space management, purchasing practices, inventory controls, and records systems
Client oriented
Ability to communicate verbally in an effective and sensitive manner in interpersonal situations.
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships at all levels within and outside of the agency
