Requirements:
- proactive and independent, flexible person
- systematic person with management abilities
- fluently english or german
- technical education (university will be advantage)
- experencies in leading (coordination) of Repair Service department
Responsibilities:
- manage (select, train) people in Repair Center (mechanics)
- manage whole Repair Procedures according Hilti and ISO requirements
- develop and implement changes and improvements for service works
- manage effectivity and quality of RC
- solve customer compliance
- manage spare parts flows and prepare orders for spare parts
- organise contacts and relationship with suplayers (for RC activities)
- responsible for management of guarantees
- manage evaluations of product compliances
- cooperate with other departments
Management experience (people/project) will be advantage
