Providing post-sales technical and engineering support of Radio products involved in telecommunication projects;
Giving post-sales technical support to customers remotely or on-site;
Providing engineering documentations and records of projects;
Controlling and fulfilling the progress of projects;
Keeping high-level customer satisfaction.
Minimum two years experience in the telecommunication industry with extensive experience with equipment manufacturers and service providers;
Strong background in customer service roles in the post-sales technical support environment;
Pro-active customer focus;
Execllent understanding of 3G/UMTS technology and an overall appreciation for mobile networks;
Familiar with various products of microwave and other transmission equipments;
Solid understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, internetworking, routing;
Previous work experience in radio network operation and maintenance;
Radio planning and optimization experince is preferred;
Bachelor's Degree or higher in field such as IT, Telecommunications, Computer Science preferred.
