-Program / Project management for Automotive / Semiconductor industry
-Responsible for meeting the project objectives within the approved budget / timeline;
-Responsible for project schedule planning and its compliance;
-Responsible for the allocation of project resources in agreement with the respective resource manager;
-Responsible for the planning and control of all expenses;
-Responsible for project reviews and program status reporting to executive level;
-Responsible for risk management including FMEA within the whole project;
-Responsible for setting up proper lesson learned out of project progress;
-Graduate of a technical university (Electronics, Computer Science, Automation etc.);
-Experience in Microelectronics/ Electronics development as Project Manager;
Required:
-Good knowledge of semiconductor development flow;
-Good knowledge of project management methodology (IPMA preferred);
-Analytic thinking and problem solving skills;

-Experience in leading cross-competence project teams of more than 10 people;
-Experience with management of multi-site projects;
-Proven good handling of multicultural differences;
-Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (both oral and written);
