For one of ours client we are seeking a R&D Manager for the Constanta location. The primary responsibility of this position are:
-Designs new products/recipes together with Marketing and Production to meet market needs and aligned to group standards
-Proposes, develops, coordinates and implements new products and updates the portfolio of milk and cheese products
-Monitors the implementation of processes and procedures related to product development activities
-Is responsible for identifying new opportunities related to company's products
-Collaborates with representatives of other departments at group level
-Technical background preferred
-Experience in a similar position- minimum three years
-Experience in "project management” would be an asset
-Able to conceptualize new products and evaluate them objectively in terms of both market and profitability
-Knowledge of marketing research.
-Good knowledge of dairy products on the Romanian market.
-Very good knowledge of English
-Analytical thinking
