- Manage the teams (RF Integration, Solutions Integration, Radio Design, Automation, Alpha Outdoor and IT & Network Administration );
- Manage the scope, quality, cost & time of the projects;
- Coordinate with all project resources, including subcontractors and provide day-to-day direction to the project teams;
- Provide feedback on methodology improvement/customization and share new tools to enhance processes.
- Very strong personal leadership skills;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing teams and projects in a multinational telecom environment;
- Ability to handle complex interfaces, in a dynamic environment, innovative thinking when approaching complex tasks;
- Results-driven attitude that empowers the team
- Excellent English skills;
- Technical background in radio technology systems and wireless systems, OR in networking;
- Knowledge in mobile & wireless networks such as: GSM, CDMA, 3G (3GPP), HSDP, EVDo, LTE, WiFi & WiMAX would be an asset.
