QUANTITY SURVEYORS / COST ESTIMATORS

-2 -10 years experience in quantity surveying preferably with a big contractor;
-Commercial orientation, ability to negotiate with sub contractors;
-Good command of english;
-Full MS office skills, good command of Excel;
-Knowledge in constructions costs & material prices;
-Ability to build estimates, budget bills of quantites, take quantites from drawing etc
-Working for international cost estimating companies i.e. G&T , gleeds, collier an advantage.
