Quantity Surveyor - Mixed Development Construction Project Cluj

We are an UK based Project and Construction Management consultancy and we are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a large retail construction project in Cluj Napoca.
You will have to do Estimates, Method Statements, Liaise with architects, Evaluations, Applications and Cost analysis. You will also be required to visit sites and also to attend meetings with clients, therefore, ability to communicate at all levels is essential.
We are looking for people who are self motivated, enthusiastic. You will need to be both challenging and confident and will have excellent organizational, inter personal and communication skills along with the ability to work well under pressure. Good command of English is desirable.
The position may involve some national and international traveling.
