Responsible for pre and post contract quantity surveying services including cost plans, tender documentation, interim payments, regular financial reports, claims assessment, change order control and final account settlement.
At least 5 years of professional experience in the railway construction field.
Experience with FIDIC contractual conditions.
Experience in a similar position on at least one project.
