-The selected Quantity Surveyor shall do Estimate, Method Statements, Evaluations, Applications and Cost analysis;
-You also be required to visit sites and also to attend meetings with clients and liaise with architects;
-Run all aspects of the post-contract cost management including valuations and final accouting;
-Responsible for the commercial aspects of this business, wich will also include procurement, monitoring of sub-contractors;
-In depth knowledge of contract drawing and negotiation, procurements,coordination and construction are also required;
-We are looking for people who are self motivated, enthusiastic;
-Familiarity with international standards;
-You will need to be both challenging and confident and will have excellent organizational, interpersonal skills along with the ability to work well undre pressure;
-Good command of English and ability to communicate at all levels is essential
