QUANTITATIVE RESEARCH MANAGER (RESEARCH INDUSTRY)

Main accountabilities:

Manages an independent business unit with business focus on FMCG, PHARMA, MEDIA
Responsible of financial objectives (turnover, gross margin, productivity)
Coordinates the Research Consultants team
Plans the marketing activity every year on a quartely basis
Promotes the company products to clients and prospects through PR activities
Understands research needs and objectives of clients and prospects
Designs appropriate projects for clients and prospects research needs and objectives (customised or syndicated)


CERINTE

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

6+ years work experience out of which at least 5 years experience in market/marketing research
EUR 100,000+ worth of quantitative research projects run annually with international companies as clients
Working Knowledge of marketing, marketing research, survey (quantitative research)
Proficient in product tests, ad pretesting, advertising tracking, U&As (including segmentation), pricing studies
Team coordination is a plus
