- Make sure that the required quality specfications are observed during all production stages form input of raw material to final product;
- Make sure the records regarding the quality check are done and kept in an appropriate manner;
- Collaborate with production in order to reduce technological wastes, to improve product quality and develop new products.
- Take necessary measures for depositing and protecting chemical substances existing within the company and issue purchase order forms for necessary chemicals used during production process;
- Analyze customer complaints together with departments involved (logistic, production) and evaluate of defective products.
- Following up the functioning of measurement and control devices, making the records and communicate to superior the strange situations, centralizing the necessary of equipment and consumables for the laboratory;
- Coordinate laboratory personnel ;
- Identifying the legal requests and regulations applicable to the activity developed and notifying his/her superior on these matters;
- Prepare reports for management;
- Elaborate, update and improve working procedures ;
- Take par t in the elaboration and implementation of quality policy and quality management system;
- Collaborate with mother company regarding research and devolepment and quality control issues.
- Make sure that activities are done in compliance with environment regulation.
- technical university graduated (chemical engineering,chemistry) ;
- 2 years experience, familiar with laboratory equipments ;
- knowledge and/or experience on quality management systems would be a plus ;
- fluent English ;
- knowledge and/or experienge on ERP system ?
- objective and analytical thinking, open minded, flexible, willing to learn,;
- PC knowledge
