- After successful results in applying the ISO 9001 Standards, IIS Europe has decided to use the 6 Sigmas methodology to increase its performance in 2007. The main Objective for the IIS Quality Department in 2007 is to redesign the production system and the company¿s ERP, based on 6 Sigma, ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 requirements, in order to provide the IIS Global Management with accurate information about the efficiency and the quality of the production processes.
- To achieve this ambitious goal, we are recruiting for the Quality department a Quality Officer - 6 Sigma Green Belt.
The Quality Officer will have to:
- Re-engineer the current ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) documentation and applications in accordance with the 6 Sigma methodology;
- Manage the QMS, i.e. establish, maintain and upgrade procedures within the organization according to ISO 9001:2000 standards and 6 Sigma requirements;
- Monitor Quality Indicators and propose action plans for continuous improvement;
- Build Quality communication materials and training materials for the staf;.
- Ensure that all the changes in the organization are reflected in the Quality Management documentation;
- Take all appropriate actions needed to guarantee that the QMS is applied within the company.
- Background Education:
- University degree;
- Professional qualification in Quality Management;
- 6 Sigma background: Green Belt or Black Belt with relevant project references.
- Experience:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in managing a Quality Management System;
- Participation in ISO 9001 certification processes;
- 6 Sigma proven expertise.
- Foreign languages:
- Fluency in English;
- Other languages will be considered a plus.
