- Sets QA compliance objectives and ensures that targets are achieved;
- Ensures that company’s processes and procedures are up to date;
- Writes technical and management systems reports;
- Monitors and advises on the performance of the quality management system;
- Measures and monitors processes KPI-s;
- Advises on changes and their implementation and provides training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality;
- Proposes and discusses process improvement with department responsible based on measured KPI-s and instruction from COO;
- Audits projects to check processes are followed or whether the process needs to be updated;
- Coordinates the internal and external audit processes and procedures;
- Promotes quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization;
- Ensures compliance with national and international standards and legislation;
- Escalates KPI-s not reached or processes not followed to COO;
- Prepares and takes part in ISO certification audits.
- ISO 9001 internal auditor certificate;
- University degree in Business Administration or related field or in Informatics, Computer Science, Electronics University;
- Minimum 3 years working experience in a similar role in a software development company;
- Processing information in an organized manner;
- Problem solving attitude;
- Writing and oral expression and comprehension;
- Excellent written and spoken English;
- Highly motivated and ability to work in small teams;
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines;
- Very good communication and team working skills;
