For our client, an international company that ranks among the world's leading automotive suppliers, we are looking for a Quality Manager for its factory in Mioveni - Arges.
Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing quality management strategy according to the organization's annual business plan;
Monitoring production processes, identifying non-compliances and take necessary action to address them;
Establishing and implementing necessary communication strategy for the improvement and awareness of quality issues across all departments;
Liaising with customers and suppliers regarding quality issues; ensuring the execution of corrective actions and ongoing compliance with customer's specifications;
Planning departmental activities in accordance with agreed budgets and deadlines;
Coordinating a team of 7 people.
Technical university degree;
At least 5 years relevant experience in quality management;
Previous experience on a managerial position;
Experience with ISO standards;
Fluency in English or French;
Computer literacy.
