- Designing, implementing, monitoring and continuously developing the food safety and hygiene system according to the requirements of the HACCP principles ;
- Editing, implementing, up-dating and continuously developing the quality system for Quality Dept, according to the requirements of the standards ISO 9001: 2001;
- Quality assurance ¿Knowledge about HACCP standards ,familiar with ISO quality system;
- Supervising the quality control plan implementation (type of analysis, frequency, specified limits for the results, possible corrective actions, etc.), hygiene control plan implementation (cleaning program, pest control program, protective equipment for food industry, storage parameters, etc.);
- Adapting the company¿s quality system to the legislation in force in regarding: hygiene (HACCP), consumer protection, sanitary and sanitary-veterinary norms, metrology norms, laboratory specific norms;
- Adapting the company¿s system to the legislation in force in regarding Environment Protection: water quality control, air quality control, waste management;
- Auditing company¿s supplier as second part auditor;
- Providing specific training to the company¿s employees.
- University Degree;
- Previous experience of minimum 3 years in a similar position
- Fluency in English;
- Excellent communication, negotiation and organization skills;
