RESPONSABILITATI

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinates the activities of the project teams for the purpose of finding the optimal solutions for improving the processes and theirs operational flows of the bank activities:
- Establishes and convenes the working meetings with the specialized divisions/ departments for the purpose of analysing, verifying and finding the optimal solution solutions for improving the processes,
- Establishes the deadlines of the activities and the responsible persons,
- Proposes solutions for optimizing the operational flows of the bank activity;
- Follows up the adaptation of the operational flows to the personnel / IT resources etc. of the bank as well as the optimization and efficiency of the activity carried out on the affected field of activity;
- Establishes together with the divisions/ departments involved in the project the detailed specifications for optimizing the operational flows of the process;
- Participates in the creation of the business requirements, and coordinates between the business areas;
- Monitors progress, identify and report issues, prepare and deliver reports regarding the projects status, meetings agenda;
- Verifies if the development and support teams elaborated the project plans and the solutions according with clients needs;
- Manages the creation and execution of test plans;
- Ensures the implementation of the solutions for activity optimization agreed and approved together with the divisions/ departments of the bank based on the implementation plan;
- Manages the migration and hands over all the proper documentation (sign of the acceptance according to solution agreed, contracts);
- Provides coaching if needed.


CERINTE

Requirements:
- University Degree in Economics and Informatics Technologies knowledge (University Degree in Cybernetics or High School degree in programs development);
- Project Management experience will be an advantage;
- Sound knowledge of banking legislation;
- Results and customer oriented, reliable and accountable team player
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Strong analytical and planning skills; strategic thinking;
- Excellent communication and team management skills; excellent negotiation abilities.
- Team spirit and problem solving attitude;
- Ability to meet targets and deadlines;
- Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
