RESPONSABILITATI

Implement the quality strategy for Romania by leading the quality team and all the quality related projects:
- Work with Functional Operations Managers and Black Belts to identify, coordinate and implement process improvement projects and initiatives;
- Support transition team in target setting and CTQ measures for new processes;
- Define process performance measures base lining, target setting and implement CPS/PS measurement and reporting process;
- Ensure quality and tollgate rigor for the processes in transition and in production;
- Work closely with Genpact users and customer group representatives in order to innitiate, coordinate and support multiple performance improvement projects to deliver measurable benefits;
- Drive standardisation and productivity improvement;
- Participate in and lead special projects as assigned;
- Lead the Quality team;
- Conduct Quality Awareness Training in order to ensure sharing of best practices within the organization;


CERINTE

- University degree, MBA is an asset
- Over 5 years of experience in quality assurance in a production/outsourcing environment:
-Six Sigma expertise, any certification is an advantage;
- Project management skills, including knowledge of project management tools and techniques;
- Good communication skills;
- Highly analytical skills;
- Strategic thinker;
- Team player and demonstrated leadership skills;
- Outstanding interpersonal, facilitation, influencing and presentation skills;
- Advanced level of English language is required and also
availability to travel abroad.
