Position Summary
The position is temporary, with the end date in November 2011.
The Flash Runtime - WebKit team, is looking for a test automation engineer to help us put some test automation frameworks / systems in place. This is a temporary position ideal for an extended summer job (from now till November 1st)
We're looking for bright engineer who:
# Can script in python (ideally), or knows other scripting languages and can learn python fast
# Is familiar with at least two operating systems (Windows + OS X ideally, but Windows + Linux is also good)
# Is knowledgeable about web technologies (HTML/CSS/JS)
# Is an organized person, capable of structuring and documenting well the code he writes
# Any previous experience with test automation is considered a big plus
# Any experience with software testing in general is also considered a plus.
Of course, there are also the "baseline" requirements:
# Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
# Education in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent; (B.S. or M.S. degree is a plus)
# Good software development background, knowledge of programming fundamentals
