- Pilots and coordinates directly quality and food safety projects: defines project steps, objectives, action plans and teams (with the collaboration of the project steering committee), splits tasks by team, coordinates team work, keeps steering committee up-dated on resources needs, progress, difficulties, decisions needed;
- Responsible for the evolution, adequacy, integrity, coherence and coverage of implemented quality and food safety management systems;
- In charge of implementing new Q & FS management systems according to the requirements of new international food standards.
- Technical University
-min 5 years in food technology and/ or quality assurance
- Familiar with quality and/ or food safety management systems (ISO 9001, HACCP) or strong knowledge and experience in food industry requirements (GMP, GHP).
- Efficient, capable to organize and follow several tasks simultaneously.
- Good communicator;
- Team player, with clear leadership qualities
- MS Office (Word & Excel & Power point);
- Good command of English
