RESPONSABILITATI

Ensures the quality of processes developed within TD department (in some allocated sub-departments ) , from functional and formal point of view
- Establishing and monitoring specific Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPI), making recommendations for KPI's improvement to development teams
- To ensure the quality of applications from formal point of view: requesting from development leaders or creating the necessary quality documentation needed by project methodology, archiving project documentation
- Strong support to TD Quality Coordinator for quality system management implementation in processes of organization and IT activity control in TD dept. ( according to quality systems).
- Achieve and coordinate the Work Instructions & Procedures in TD sub-departments allocated by direct manager through :
- TD internal audits
- Non-conformities analysis with TD department related to IT applications
- Analysis and consultancy related to TD re-organization ( ex-TD-ex-IT merge )
- Coordinate external audits related to Business Contingency and Disaster Recovery Plan for IT applications
- Execute internal processes control, activities, financial involvement in correspondence with Information Security policy, for IT applications.
- Give support to non IT / TD following ORO departments :
- Internal Control , Audit department : providing specific information , support for external audits to ORO departments , establishing quality policy, improvements of the quality policy
- Financial / Security / Information Security dept. : implementing Information Security policy in TD department
- Support for SOX ( Sarbanes - Oxley ) project - action plans
- Support for Environment, Health & Safety related to implementation of IS 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards.


CERINTE

1.5 - 2 years experience within mobile operator area, previous experience in a related field would be a plus


- technical university degree ( a plus is : Automatics, Cybernetics or Telecommunications) , fluency in English, understanding of specific business processes related to TD sub-departments
