Job summary:
We are seeking a professional with experience in the area of Quality Assurance. In our Software Development Department the Quality Assurance Responsible
- Defines the quality targets for projects. Subsequently he plans the quality assurance activities in order to meet these targets
- Makes sure that projects adhere to the defined procedures and processes. For this purpose process adherence checklists are maintained
- Gives advice to project members on how to work according to company standards
- Is involved in Root-Cause-Analysis and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
You will be additionally involved in:
- Contribute to the definition and improvement of the company processes
- Deployment of company processes within our Bucharest department
- Training of new employees in the Company processes
Qualification
We are looking for a person dedicated to quality and processes with significant experience in the field of:
- Software development and –testing
- Quality management
- Fluency in the English language is mandatory.
The following competencies will be considered as a plus:
- Implementation of the norms ISO 9001, CENELEC 50126 / 50128 / 50129
- Proven training or coaching experience
- German language skills
