- Plan and carry out preventive maintenance of QA instruments in the lab and on production floor;
- Ensure QA instruments are periodically checked and calibrated;
- Carry out the installation of QA instruments;
- Ensure QA measuring instrumentation complies with PMI and legal requirements;
- Monitor and report ambient conditions in all factory and warehouse areas;
- Prepare instrumentation user guidelines and deliver specific training;
- Propose and lead quality improvement projects;
- Review the inventory of QA instruments spare parts, consumables, maintain an adequate safety stock level.
- Relevant technical University degree (Mechanical/Electrical);
- 1-2 years experience in a similar production environment;
- Good knowledge of Maintenance Management Systems (knowledge of TabWare and QA LabWare applications would be a plus);
- Feel comfortable working in a team;
- Good communication, learning capability and analytical skills;
- Demonstrated customer service orientation and creative thinking;
- High concern for order and quality;
- Good knowledge of English and Microsoft Office.
