RESPONSABILITATI

1. Obtain feedback from clients at various stages of the course
2. Receive complaints and communicate with clients about complaints handling progress
3. Review whether clients are on course to meet their initial goals
4. Review initial assessment and monthly report forms and refer to Academic Team/RM where necessary
5. Encourage clients to take progress and final level tests
6. Update all this information on the backend
7. Produce feedback and complaints report for management (this will be automated as much as possible)
8. Other responsibilities to be decided on an ongoing basis


CERINTE

1.Excellent telephone and email skills
2.Excellent administration, ability to handle up to 100 different courses per week
3.You will need to possess a very good command of the English language.
4.You will also need to be highly organised, have an excellent telephone manner and a good command of Microsoft Office.
5.The job requires access to a computer and good broadband internet connection.
6.Willingness to work flexible hours.
