- Responsible for all quality related topics in the design center, support of audit related processes;
Business Excellence
- Supporting and working closely with the site GM to achieve Business Excellence;
- Responsible for driving Project Office of the design center;
- Lesson learned facilitation/Best Practice Sharing and Continuous Improvement;
- Offers consultancy for program/project managers in terms of business processes;
- Acts as a reliable partner for other design centers of the worldwide Infineon network
- Experience in engineering and business processes, awareness of semiconductor environment/automotive market;
- Experience in project management and internal auditor certification will be highly appreciated but not mandatory;
- Proficiency in English is mandatory
