RESPONSABILITATI

The main responsibilities include:
- Developing and coordinating the qualitative research team;
- Supervising the qualitative research projects;
- Conducting some of the qualitative studies (including client service; research methodology design; moderation; analysis and reporting; presentations to client);
- Managing the relationship with clients;
- Managing the business aspect of the unit (profit and loss, salaries, expenses, investments);
- Business planning and marketing planning responsibilities for the unit.

The successful candidate will have:
- 5+ years work experience out of which at least 3 years experience in qualitative market/marketing research;
- EUR 100,000+ worth of qualitative research projects run annually with international companies as clients;
- Working Knowledge of marketing, marketing research, survey (qualitative research): proposals, discussion guide design, FGs/ IDIs / ethnographic research moderation, data interpreting, report writing, presentation to client, project coordination, business development;
- Team coordination is a plus.
